Holding for those who hold a heart space for their community
We are a small, international online collective of space holders and emerging leaders in a healing capacity who practice community, integrity, and care for self.
Why we do it
We founded Heartspaces as a sanctuary where we can come together as carers to share our challenges and truths, support each other, be witnessed in our successes, and foster resilience in our healing path.

We evolved into a practice community for those who are called into embody their leadership in the healing arts.

Throughout 2025, we plan to meet once a month for a sharing circle around the full moon, hold occasional learning sessions, stay gently connected in our Telegram group, and issue a moonletter around the new moon.

Core practices
We center our embodied emergence as leaders around practicing together inside our inner circle.
  • Practice #1
Practices include de-conditioning our belonging, play and experimental offering in the inner circle, and holding space for other leaders' brilliance as permission for becoming.
  • Practice #2
Practices include owning our neurodivergence or trauma, living and breathing our teachings, and piecing our sub-identities into coherence.
  • Practice #3
Practices include shifting between holding local community and being held in the inner circle, protecting our focus and acting economically, and replenishing devotion through effective rest.

We know that community is our saving grace. Yet, a leader who nurtures community is only as strong as their inner network with other leaders. Community is not for consumption, it is a living, breathing, reciprocal co-creation. I care about gentle spaces that cater to sensitivity, yet make deep embodiment and remembrance possible.

I believe that it's my soul's mission to bring people from different countries and backgrounds together. We can be united by our shared values, which can be very simple, but so powerful at the same time. I truly believe together we can make the world a better place.
